When will my order ship?
Our standard processing time for domestic orders is 1-2 business days and sometimes on the same day. International orders may take longer to process.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all over the world. Available countries will be presented to you during the checkout process. Please note that customs, duties, brokerage, and other fees may be applied to international orders. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

All orders are packaged by the ELEVENFT team and shipped out from our office in New Jersey, USA.

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above $50, as well as all international orders above $100.
What is your return policy?
Not the right fit? Rest easy. All orders are shipped with a prepaid return label for your convenience. Items must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note, returns will only be accepted if the clothing is kept in its original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact us at returns@elevenft.com and include your order number in the subject line and reason(s) for the return or exchange; and you will be provided with a return address. Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process, excluding the day it was received.
Do you offer International returns & exchanges?
We do, but unfortunately we are unable to provide prepaid return labels for international orders. Customers are responsible for covering the costs of returning socks back to us in their original condition.
